Joe Sempolinski’s values

I will never apologize for American values. There is no America without our values, and I will always fight to uphold them.–Joe Sempolinski, facebook, Aug. 2nd.

I will never stop fighting to represent the conservative principles and stand for the constitutional rights our country was built on.–Joe Sempolinski, facebook, Aug. 1st.

The liberals in Washington want to turn America into a socialist nation. As your Congressman, I will stand for our conservative values and fight against their radical agenda.–Joe Sempolinski, facebook, July 29th

Joe often speaks of “our values,” “American values,” “conservative principles”, and constitutional rights, but what these values, principles, and rights are he seems loath to explain. Here is what can be inferred from his website:

  • Conservative values.
  • People should be free to spread disease without restraint.
  • We need and deserve no more healthcare than we can afford.
  • Pro guns.
  • Pro life.
  • Respect for police without qualification.
  • Militarism.
  • Government responsible for viability of local businesses.
  • Free speech for conservative voices.

These are not my values. If these are not Joe’s values, I hope Joe will explain what his values are.

Be informed! Vote Aug. 23rd!

Somebody help me out here…wasn’t there some scandal involving Joe that even resulted in him suing a guy in court over talking about it? I’ve tried to find it on line again but if there was something there, they must have bought scrubbers to remove all traces.

I don’t remember Joe suing anyone. Tom Reed had a retired minister arrested for disposing of campaign advertising after the election was over. The case was dismissed.

Steve remembers: “That was Reed’s campaign manager Nick Weinstein. He sued Bob Yott for defamation and won a monetary award.”
