Three Candadates on Guns

The Politics of Fear

Rich Moon

Rich Moon is a strong supporter of the Second Amendment. He will work to protect you and your family’s right to bear arms and defend against tyranny. The left wants to take away our guns and control our lives. It’s time for leaders who stand up to protect all of our freedoms before it’s too late.

Joe Sempolinski

Joe is pro-2nd amendment. Joe is a SCOPE and NRA member and a gun owner. The right to bear arms is a fundamental, individual, human and Constitutional right. Joe supports interstate reciprocity for gun permits. At the state level, the NY SAFE ACT should never have become law.

Claudia Tenney

The Second Amendment is more than a right; in Upstate New York, it is a way of life. That’s why in the New York Assembly, Claudia was the first to introduce a bill requiring the full repeal of the Governor’s gun grabbing SAFE Act. Claudia is the leading 2nd Amendment advocate and has been the most vocal against this unconstitutional law. She firmly believes that it is our constitutional right to bear arms and it shall not be infringed. Claudia does not support unproven gun control measures targeted at law abiding gun owners, and in Washington she will continue to be an uncompromising defender our Second Amendment rights.

It’s just unfortunate that these false gun arguments roll out every time,” she (Tenney) said. “It’s not the gun. It’s the person behind the gun. If the person is intending to commit violence, they’re going to do it. We had 3,000 people killed in 9/11 and there weren’t any guns. They used box cutters.

Rich Moon wants guns to “defend against tyranny.” Joe Sempolinski would override “states’ rights.” For Claudia Tenney, guns are our “way of life.”

Does anyone know of any scheduled town halls / debates involving any / all of the Republican candidates?

  2. whungerford says:

Tenney wrote “We are officially announcing our campaign for #NY23 this year! I look forward to meeting and earning the support of even more New Yorkers and getting to work for our region in Congress.” She has a head start with fundraising; other candidates may drop out.

  3. arthur ahrens says:

    When did she announce?

  4. whungerford says:

On Jan 31, now endorsed by DJT.

Does anyone know any politician who opposes the 2nd Amendment? I don’t. So who are they opposing? It is like saying. “I oppose rape. I will never support rape”. (Implying your opponent supports rape). These A holes `can’t even read ALL of the 2nd Amendment . They just pander to the low knowledge voter… which seems to be the majority in rural areas.

I could never have imagined the multitude of ridiculous ideas we can be led to believe.

Consider that other countries whose interest don’t align with ours have 5, 10 and 20 year plans.

Here, we have 24 hr news cycles decrying changes to Mr. Potato Head, Dr. Seuss and book burning…
