You’ve messed up the boundaries of NY 23
Seneca County is in the district, 100%
Erie County is not in the district at all.
I’m not sure any of Monroe is in the district, but if there is any, it is a small portion.

“The district comprises eleven counties: Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Chemung, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tompkinsand Yates county along with parts of Ontario, and Tioga counties.[3]”.

Hey! What happened to Yates? Am I no longer in Reed’s district? If so, I will go out and buy a case of champagne and celebrate.

If Yates County were no longer in NY-23, one could buy a case of champagne–liquor stores are deemed essential. After this year’s census, Yates County may not be in NY-23; in fact NY-23 may cease to be.

Yates County currently reports four cases in a population of 25,000. If your chance of getting sick depends on where you live, Yates County would seem relatively safe. Your chance of getting sick more likely depends on your behavior, which in turn might well be influenced by where you live.

Whungerford provided a link to NY State Department of Health COVID-19 tracker that can be used to find all sorts of information about the coronavirus.

Today, Tuesday, April 14 2020, Tioga county lists 307 persons tested, 20 positives, 6.5% Positive Results, 3 Persons Tested Today, 1 New Positive Today.
