You should be promoting everyone purchase, read and share widely the book “Extortion” by author Peter Schweizer. The author goes after Congressional members regardless of their Party.

The only way to stop this is with term limits and Congress will never vote to implement term limits. 2/3rds of the individual states would have to pursue an Amendment to the US Constitution. to impose term limits.
Comedian (and US Senator) Al Frankin has recently said he believe that term limits for the US Senate should be 6 terms (36 years) !?!?!?!?!/

In my opinion, term limits only exacerbate the problem–they ensure members of Congress are relatively inexperienced, have no loyalty to the electorate, and have only short term goals. If we have a representative who is irresponsible, the answer is to vote him or her out.
