Rep Tom Reed has recently been changing his memes and quotes as to appear for green energy in the NY 23rd. This is solely a campaign ploy. Reed has had 6 years to actually work on these topics, but only promoted fossil fuel. It’s a joke on him, when one reads where his main financial funding comes from.
