Democrats are lucky to have a choice of two excellent candidates. Here are some reasons that many might prefer Hillary to Bernie.

• She has administrative experience as Secy. of State.
• She has been thoroughly vetted–it is unlikely that anything new can be said about her record.
• She has been attacked for decades. Likely all those attacks have long been discounted by the voters.
• She may have more support among voters than Bernie who has the disadvantage of the Socialist label.

Jill Lepore, writing in the New Yorker, suggest that the election may revolve around Clinton’s gender. In the NYS primary, this was a plus.
